SmartyCity HUB is a smart city platform application for residents of THT Starlake Smart City in Hanoi, Vietnam.

SmartCity HUB is jointly developed and operated by Daewoo E&C and Bespin Global based on the Open Innovation & SmartCity2.0 technology philosophy. Using the SmartCity HUB app, which is serviced in English, Vietnamese and Korean, and allows payment in USD, VND, and KRW with MOMO M Service technology, Starlake Smart City residents can enjoy a variety of smart city life through smartphones.

You can check management fees, water and electricity usage fees, air quality, etc. in real time, and pay management fees and water fees directly from the app. It checks the amount and history of water and electricity usage every month, and analyzes seasonal, monthly, and weekly usage patterns through artificial intelligence machine learning(AI/ML) to help you predict the next months bill.

Community facilities frequently used by residents (swimming pool, BBQ garden, gym, tennis court, basketball court, badminton court, indoor golf course, etc.)
Through a smartphone, frequently used community facilities such as swimming pool, BBQ garden, gym, tennis court, basketball court, badminton court, indoor golf course, etc. are digitally reserved, conveniently used, and monthly usage time, usage pattern, and usage amount are automatically analyzed for you.

Residents can report complaints, repair defects, and emergency situations through your smartphones, and then digitally track the entire process, from assigning a person in charge to taking action.

You can check the charging status of the electric motorcycle battery swap stations in the complex and the to-be-soon-installed electric car charging stations on your smartphone, preventing you from wasting your time and energy for the waits.

In addition to current major facilities such as Samsung R&D Center, Dewey International School, Starlake Apartment, Tay Ho Tay villas and shophouses, Vietnam Central Governments offices will move in, and 5-star hotels, residences, and complex shopping malls will continue to come to the premise. SmartCity HUB will not be satisfied with the current service, but will implement a smart city life that is digitally combined with more diverse facilities and services.
